After a few years of mandatory stoppage due to the pandemic, one of the events that in recent years has filled the streets of Beniarbeig during the month of June returns. The Beniarbeig Tapas Route once again summons beniarbegins and visitors to learn about and taste the specialties of each of the bars and restaurants in the municipality.
As usual, it will be every Friday in June, plus July 1, when Bar Racó, Bar Pensionistes, Cal Nay, Bar Nou Girona, Baslico and Pub Metro Atocha will offer the best tapas.
Tapa plus drink will cost 2,50 euros
Each drink will consist of a drink and a tapa, which will change every week, and will cost €2,50. In addition, by completing the route, attendees will be able to participate in the draw for lunches and meals at participating establishments.
From the Department of Festivities headed by Mario Ortiz Fuentes, they have also wanted to schedule activities to further liven up the streets and squares. On June 3 at 19:30 p.m. there will be a batucada performance that will tour the bars and that will serve as the starting gun for the gastronomic event.
In fact, the councilor himself explained that "this year we want to recover the atmosphere of previous years, for which we wanted to renew the graphic material and provide animation on some of the Fridays." On June 17 there will be a children's mobile disco, with which it is intended that children, young people and adults can enjoy the Ruta de la Tapa 2022.
