Benissa Natura, promoter of the controversial Patmore Resort that they are threatening to build on the town's coast, has expressed its intention to continue working normally in the development of the hotel work. From the promoter it is stated that they will continue "working normally in the development of the project", and that they are "waiting to meet the municipal requirements for the final obtaining of the works permit".
The promoter points out that it does not share "the decision that the municipal Corporation has unfortunately made in plenary session of the City Council", in relation to initiating a file for the suspension of licenses in the area, "which will have to be legally motivated by law in an adequate manner and that will be challenged in the competent jurisdictional sphere”.
Although it maintains in any case, as it has already formally stated to the City Council in its letter that was attached to the request for building permits, the proposed draft agreement for the specific modification of the Partial Plan, reported favorably on June 20 by the municipal technicians, trusting in the reconsideration by the Municipal Corporation of its final position, "always for the benefit of the municipality of Benissa and waiting for the subsequent actions that take place by the Municipal Corporation."
