After a Sunday of heavy rains, on Monday the region saw the sun rise for a few hours in the morning before the sky turned gray again. Yesterday, although with fewer liters per square meter than the previous day, the towns of the Marina Alta also registered high accumulated.
highlighted Xàbia, in the Freginal area, with 100 mm of accumulated precipitation. Pego also took a good share of high records, especially at the Corral de Rata weather station, with 98,1 mm. Like Ondara and Pamis with 84 mm and 73,8 mm respectively.
For its part, the area of Dénia collected by Les Deveses beach only recorded 36,1 mm of accumulated precipitation, but the previous day it was 87,6 mm. Something that not only hit the coast, but left streets completely flooded and impassable in some points.
