The Ondara Fair is an annual event that marks much of the cultural activity in the town during the month of November. Under the title of Fira de Fires, since 1690, Ondara has hosted various fairs for three weekends that help to energize regional and local life in matters as relevant as leisure, tourism and gastronomy.

When is?
UPGRADE. Ondara Fair 2024 is suspended due to the catastrophic consequences of the DANA, and out of respect for the victims of this dramatic event. Only the amusement fair will open, therefore, all the information presented below is cancelled, except for the attractions section.
The Ondara fair arrives in the second week of November, once the All Saints Fair in Dénia. This 2024, the Fira de Fires d'Ondara period begins on November 9 and ends on November 24.
All the activities and initiatives are concentrated during the weekends: November 9 and 10 and November 16 and 17. The fair is open on all these days, as well as the weekend of November 23 and 24.
Funfair
The fairground in Ondara takes over from the one in Dianense. It is open during three weekends of the Fira de Fires. It is designed for the youngest children in the region, as it is mainly made up of attractions adapted to their age.
The Fira de Fires is complemented by sweet and savory tasting stands in favor of the Festers de la Soledat and del Crist 2025.
When is it open?
Since the greatest sociocultural and leisure activity in the town is concentrated during the weekend, the amusement fair remains open on the same days as the rest of the fairs. The Ondarian amusement fair is located in the Nacions Sense Estat street, next to the Más y Más supermarket at the entrance of the municipality.
Attraction prices
Prices for attractions in Ondara usually range from 3,50 and 4 euros.
Child day
This 2024, the Dies dels Xiquets i Xiquetes will be the Wednesday, November 13 and 20. During these days the prices of the attractions are reduced.
Fira Marina Alta
The VII Fira Marina Alta is a relevant event at the regional level, since representatives and initiatives from various towns in the region are concentrated in Ondara. The objective of this fair is to bring them together in a promotional and collaborative framework so that each entity exhibits its strengths and great attractions of its municipal areas together with associations and businesses that represent them.
Under the roof of Prado building of Ondara, participants are called during the weekend of 9 and 10 November. The fair is used to promote and value the culture of both Ondara and the entire Marina Alta. It is for this reason that it is always accompanied by musical performances, dance and other solidarity initiatives.
This year the following towns are participating: Ondara, Els Poblets, El Verger, Beniarbeig, Dénia, Pedreguer, La Vall de Laguar, Poble Nou de Benitatxell, Ràfol, Pego i Les Valls. There are also stands from associations and businesses from the attending towns, the regional entities IECMA, UNED, ADAMA, MACMA and the Teulada Cooperative, Companatge Xalò, the IES Xebic and the Sonafilm Film Music Festival of the Marina Alta, among others. .
Trade and business fair
The Trade and Business Fair is a tradition of the Fira de Fires de Ondara. The town has always been a very powerful commercial asset in the region and this event strengthens it as such.
On November 16 and 17, more than 30 businesses and services from Ondara exhibit at the Prado building their shop windows. This activity goes hand in hand with the Association of Merchants and Entrepreneurs of Ondara (ACO).
As in the Fira Marina Alta, other activities complement the second fair weekend in the municipality. Workshops, presentations, musical parades and tastings accompany the trade fair.
medieval market
The medieval market or fair in Ondara also takes place on 16 and 17 November in the streets adjacent to the Prado and the bullring, including Vicent Andrés Estellés, General Bosch and Doctor Barraquer streets. The attraction of this event lies in the medieval-themed setting, accompanied by stalls selling crafts, food, spices and accessories, among others.
Truck and car exhibition
Ondara is hosting the 17th exhibition of vintage trucks and cars on Sunday 20 November. This year, it will be held on Doctor Fleming Avenue, and will be an attraction for professionals and motor enthusiasts.
animal fair
The animal fair is held in the bullring during the second weekend, on 16 and 17 November, with the support of the Ondara Association of Horsemen and Women. The venue brings together a large sample of animals with exhibitors from experts from all over the Valencian Community.
The atmosphere is complemented by a horse-drawn carriage ride for boys and girls who want to experience it and a National Dog Competition on November 24 in the Plaza del Convent.
