Monday of Sant Vicent Ferrer, also known as the second Monday of Easter, is one of the historical festivities of the Marina Alta that not all municipalities preserve. In the Marina Alta, it is also true of two specific locations: Teulada and l'Atzúbia. But the trail of Sant Vicent Ferrer can also be followed in other municipalities, such as Pego and Murla, which have a ceramic altarpiece in his honor, or in Benissa, the Pedramala hermitage, without forgetting the Teulada hermitage and the church of l'Atzúbia.
Sant Vicent Monday used to close all the Easter celebrations in the Marina Alta and the mona or other typical sweets were tasted for the last time. In educational centers, this day is still preserved as a holiday, signaling the end of the holidays for all students.
