On Sunday, May 11, Els Poblets opens its "Art Market," a new cultural initiative that continues the successful "Persianes amb Art" project, an initiative that has filled the town's streets with color and creativity.
The Art Market will bring together local artists and creators from the Balearic Islands, many of whom participated in the aforementioned project, who will exhibit and sell their works in Plaça del Castell. From 10:00 a.m. to 14:00 p.m., the public will be able to enjoy a wide variety of artistic formats, including painting, illustration, photography, and other visual disciplines.
The morning will conclude with a live musical performance from 12:00 to 14:00, adding a live concert to enliven the atmosphere and complete the artistic experience in an unbeatable setting. "A unique opportunity to discover their talent up close and take home a piece of art with a Mediterranean essence," the City Council emphasizes.
Art Market until August
May 11th won't be the only date Els Poblets will host the art market. The initiative will extend over the next three months, in June, July, and August. One day a month, the town will host the event. The following dates are:
- Sunday, June 8, from 10:00 a.m. to 14:00 p.m.
- Saturday, July 12, from 19:00 p.m. to 22:00 p.m.
- Saturday, August 9 from 19:00 p.m. to 22:00 p.m.
