The Easter and Holy Week holidays attract a large number of visitors nationwide, most of whom choose coastal destinations. This marks the start of the high season for all these locations, which represent iconic spots for the summer.

A report from the Holidu platform reveals that searches for vacation rentals in the Valencian Community have experienced a surge this spring season. The platform's ranking points to Benidorm as the preferred destination in Spain for these holidays. Searches for vacation rentals there have increased by 3,64%, offering an average rental price of €149 per night.

Secondly, Salou represents another major attraction for tourists. This destination boasts an average price of €155 per night for vacation rentals, and interest has increased by 2,79% this year.

Third place in the ranking of favorite destinations for these holidays in Spain goes directly to the Marina Alta. It is Calp, where the increase in searches for seasonal rentals has increased by 1,80%. The average price per night in the town of Peñón this Easter is of 153 euros.

Malaga and Cambrils are in fourth and fifth place in terms of the increase in searches for vacation rentals. Searches increased by 1,75% in both cases; however, the price for vacation rentals is €164 in Malaga and €150 in Cambrils.

According to the platform, another town in the region is in sixth place. Dénia has experienced an increase of 1,53% in vacation rental searches for these days, with a price of 154 euros per night on average
