The Jove Ballet de La Marina has already started filming. The first ballet and contemporary dance company in the region He presented his project to the world last Thursday. In a magical and intimate meeting, the members of Jove Ballet dedicated a small sample of the potential they intend to develop soon.
And they did so surrounded by the idyllic surroundings offered by the Jardí de l'Albarda in Pedreguer, helping the dancers convey their passion for dance to the public. The company thus presents itself as a non-profit amateur initiative that seeks to meet the need of dancers from the Marina Alta and surrounding areas to acquire stage experience before taking the leap to higher dance studies.
"The Jove Ballet seeks to expand the training of young dancers and offer them their first work experience in the world of ballet," said Laura Perelló, director of the Jove Ballet of La Marina, who dedicated a few words to the recently released work that will be performed in the coming months. will fully develop.
The Jove Ballet carried out the entrance tests on June 8, a process that resulted in the creation of the first cast of 21 male and female dancers. With this presentation, various companies and entities were brought together as possible sponsors and collaborators, since the project is proposed at no financial cost to the students.
