The mall Portal de la Marina The year 2023 has ended with a historical record in its results, consolidating itself as a benchmark in the Marina Alta region.

Numerous companies have joined the commercial offer of the Portal de la Marina, enriching the commercial variety, which currently has more than 100 stores and 10 restaurants. Among the highlights are renowned multinational companies such as Calzedonia, Intimíssimi, Ulanka, Misako and Skechers.

One of the great novelties of the Navy Portal is the obtaining of the Universal Accessibility Management System Certificate. The shopping center is advancing in its mission of becoming a 100% accessible space, incorporating accessibility services and a toilet adapted for people with an ostomy in one of the entrances from the underground parking. This approach has turned the center into a place that meets the needs of people with ostomies, offering guarantees of hygiene and comfort.

Promotion of the commercial park through synergies with operators

During 2023, the Navy Portal carried out several successful initiatives in collaboration with Decathlon, Leroy Merlín and Kiwoco, receiving a great reception from the residents of the Marina Alta.

The highlighted I Animal Protection Meeting in collaboration with Kiwoko and local associations such as Els Poets, APAD, Aldea Felina and Arco Iris. This initiative managed to collect 470 kg of donated food and attracted more than 450 participants to activities designed for our pet-loving clients.

In association with Leroy Merlín, the leading DIY company, the first Manitas & Manotas workshop, a free furniture painting and restoration event that attracted more than 700 registrants.

To close the year with a flourish, the Portal de la Marina organized the I Solidarity Race for Functional Diversity, in collaboration with Decathlon, With the participation of 622 runners and a collection of €7.464 for the benefit of the Condenados al Bordillo association.
