The first hiking program of the year will take place next Sunday, February 16. Discover our region from Benissa Town Hall. With a circular route of 12,4 kilometres that will take in some of the landscapes of the Marina Alta.
Coordinated by Francesc Grueso Ballester, participants will start the route from Parcent to ascend to Font de la Foia, passing through Pou i Casa de la Neu and Carrascal. With a positive gradient of 775 metres and a duration of approximately five hours. In addition, the difficulty is medium and the activity will take place on paths, tracks and mountain trails. Participation is free and includes accident insurance.
Meeting points
Hikers can choose between two meeting points:
- Benissa: Manuel Bru parking, at 08:00 hours.
- Parcent: Cooperativa Agrícola el Progrés, at 08:30 hours.

Recommendations
It is recommended to bring clothing suitable for the weather, hiking shoes, water, food and sun protection. People who come with dogs must keep them on a leash to ensure the safety of the group.
