The agreement, signed by both entities, establishes a joint commitment to develop programs aimed at promoting the well-being and empowerment of women with disabilities. In addition, Creama and Xarxa are committed to working closely together to create inclusive job opportunities and improve the quality of life of the community in the municipality. The agreement will have an initial validity of one year, with the possibility of being renewed by expressed extensions, up to a maximum of three years.

Among the main points of the agreement are collaboration in the development of active policies that promote the social and labor insertion of women with disabilities, the exchange of experiences and the development of techniques that benefit people with disabilities, or the commitment of Creama to inform the Network of those job offers that are appropriate to the profiles and abilities of women with disabilities.

Likewise, the agreement involves the establishment of a reciprocal flow of information between both entities to channel job offers, selection processes, professional guidance, training and support for labor integration.
