Between November 26 and 31, the architecture studio CORO ASOC SL collected the data samples related to the geotechnical study and the topographic survey on the plot where the future Pedreguer health center will be located, that of Joana Escorna.
On August 23, the award of the architecture and engineering services for the drafting of the projects and the direction of the works of the new health center was made to the company CORO ASOC SL On September 16 the contract was formalized and on October 11 receipt was signed.
Action deadlines
If the deadlines are met, the drafting of the informative study would have to be finished before November 11, 2022. On the other hand, the drafting of the basic and activity project, the archeology project, the study of safety and health and management of waste, it should be before February 11, 2023.
Later, the drafting of the execution project, partial installations and energy certification, should be finished before June 11, 2023. Finally, the management of the works and their estimated duration, of 18 months, would end before December 11, 2024. A route that would put an end to the claimed construction of the Pedreguer health center.
On the other hand, the commitment on the part of the Ministry of Health to carry out the project is reflected in the draft budgets of the Generalitat Valenciana for 2023, where the item for the construction of the Pedreguer health center reappears, with €900.000 for the next annuity.
