The Jury of the XV CEDMA Awards, meeting this morning in person and in the presence of the notary Teresa Albanell, has resolved to award the XIV CEDMA Awards to the following companies and businessmen:
- Business Trajectory Award in Tourism: Serviden, SL
- Innovation Award: POINT
- Sustainability Award: Alberto Morera Arquitectes SL.
- Entrepreneur Award: VAPF Group, Pedro Soliveres.
For the first time in the history of these awards, a company outside the Federation (VAPF Group) will receive a CEDMA award.
The president of the Marina Alta Business Circle, and also spokesperson for the Jury, Benito Mestre, explained that these awards will be awarded during a gala that will take place at 19:00 p.m. on March 9 at the Hotel Dénia Marriott La Sella, an event that on this occasion will be presented by Sergio Dénia and entertained by the Douce Ambience group.
In addition to Mestre, the following people have participated in the Jury: Ángel Vives, Isabel Agulles, Rosario Carrió, Sonja Dietz and Jesús Reina.
About the winners
SERVIDEN, SL
Its manager is Isabel Agulles (who, being also a member of the Jury, abstained from voting on this point). Servicios Denia SL was founded in 1984 developing various lines of business always related to the services and tourism sector, being today one of the main companies in the tourism sector in our environment. They have three lines of activity: tourist accommodation (seed of the company), property management and general insurance.
POINT
Under the management of the Pons family, Point has its origins in a workshop founded in 1920 in Gata de Gorgos by José Pons Pedro, who started his project after learning about wicker in Argentina. An artisan work that over the years made the international leap with the guarantee of its quality in design, process and materials. Present in more than 70 countries around the world, they are the promoters of the Valencia World Design project

With Alberto Morera at the helm, this Dénia company is dedicated to the design of building and urban planning projects, both in the public and private sectors. His work in bioclimatic constructions and "passive houses", as well as his innovative contributions in the drafting of partial plans and general plans have earned him this award.

With Pedro Soliveres as manager, VAPF is a construction company-developer that began in 1963, with the development of urbanizations and the construction of villas, luxury villas, townhouses and apartments in exclusive locations.
