Next Friday, November 25, marks the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women and Calp has scheduled a whole week of activities for it. The events have been organized by the Department of Equality and will begin on Tuesday, November 22.

This day the workshop on masculinity will be held And what man do you want to be? by Aina Penyarroja, doctor of the Program of Studies and Research on Women, Feminists and Gender and Alejandro Luz de Haro, specialist in Masculinities, Equality and Gender.

On November 25, the Va de Cuentos theater group offers a storyteller at the Municipal Library and a subsequent workshop with the title Laboratory to educate in Equality.

At 12:00 pm, in Miguel Roselló square, the institutional manifesto will be read on the occasion of the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women. And at 19:30 p.m. the Saló Blau of the Casa de Cultura will host the conference by Coral Herrera the love revolution. Coral Herrera is a Spanish feminist writer and communicator, known for her analysis and criticism of the myth of romantic love.

Finally, on November 28, the Association of Women for Equality of Calp offers the talk Cryptogyny. Concealment of female referents by Susana García Ungo, psychologist specializing in clinical and health psychology. She is also an expert in family psychology and gender psychology. The talk will be held at the Saló Blau at 19:00 p.m.
