It is attached to the Libraries in Equality Program of the Classic and Modern Association, whose purpose is to contribute to the visibility of women writers of all times and in all areas of culture, and many of the activities it promotes have a gender perspective.

That is why they have wanted to give it great weight in 8M with a specific program of activities, among which are workshops on gender equality with the students of CEIP Santa María Magdalena, storytelling, the discussion with Marina Gilabert on the challenges of the future of the Library, the talk on poetry with the writer from Poblera, Empar Ferrer, or the poetry gathering with Ofelia González and Lídia Santacreu.
