The Valencian driving team from Poble Nou de Benitatxell has won the Third Final of the XXIX Palma League Trophy Diputación de Alicante that was held in Calp last weekend. The CPV Poble Nou disputed the position against the CPV Top Recambios de Castell de Castells.
Pau, Javier, Jorge, Daniel, Carlos, Jose and Álvaro, members of the Club de Pilota Valenciana Poble Nou, opened the day of these types of stripes in the Third category. Due to an injury to the opposing team, the game was stopped for a while.
However, early in the morning, CPV Poble Nou had already scored 0-4. After a comeback from Castell de Castells to 6-7, Benitatxell's team managed to score the last three games left to win the title.
