The Cycling Volta a la Comunitat Valenciana Gran Premi Banc Sabadell began yesterday from Orihuela to Altea with the first stage of the competition. The 74th Volta CV already included some points in the Marina Alta on the track, although today it will visit various towns in the region again in the second section of the race.
There were 189,4 km of the race in which the Volta was seen through Coll de Rates, Parcent, Alcalalí, Xaló, Port de Bèrnia and, finally, through Benissa until it reached the neighboring town of Altea, where the point was located. of goal.
Today it will be the turn of the most coastal towns of the region integrated into the 178,2 km that the participants will have to cover, after starting the test in Novelda. With well-defined schedules and a route map, the Volta will reach Calp, Port de la Fustera, Moraira, Cumbres del Sol, El Poble Nou de Benitatxell, Teulada and Benissa until it ends at Alto de Pinos.
